Hello everyone, dear readers! Today the topic will be slippery and not very pleasant, but very relevant. I decided to dedicate it to parasites, which are frequent “inhabitants” of our organisms. Just imagine that there is a stormy life going on in your blood, intestines, under the skin right now. B-rr! One will shudder at the thought.
But today it has been scientifically proven that half of the planet's inhabitants are carriers of worms, of which there are about 200 species and “breeds”. That is, theoretically, you also fall into the risk group. We donate tests, you see, not so often. We live for ourselves, go to work, to cafes and movies, and seem to be feeling fine . . .
Please wait. Is it okay? And chronic fatigue and a strange wet cough that does not go away for months does not bother you, diarrhea and constipation and other interruptions in the gastrointestinal tract? That's the same! But this is one of the signs of the presence of worms. Parasites in the human body provoke a variety of symptoms. I also tried to summarize them in today's publication.
Long, round, flat and others
What human parasites do you know? Worms? Rather, it is their generalized name. But the varieties are a huge slippery lump. Let's take it apart so we know who we're going to fight with.
- The roundworms that live in the digestive system are the largest group. These include roundworms, worms, whipworms, pinworms and some others. Their photos can be seen on the Internet "in stock". They come to us because of the notorious unwashed hands, as well as unprocessed and dirty fruits and vegetables, from poorly cooked meat and fish. If you have a cat or a dog at home, then the likelihood of your worms is much higher.
- The second type is tapeworms: broad tapeworm, echinococcus, pork and bovine tapeworms. These helminths are much larger than the previous ones. Some of the broad tapeworm can be over 25 meters long! Such worms can eat with the whole body, absorbing the substances they need inside you with their surface. They do not have a certain territory of residence in the body, since they freely ply throughout the body, crawling also into the brain and bone marrow. You can get infected by eating poorly fried meat or half-baked fish. That is why I never buy these products on spontaneous markets, "off hand", because the sellers of these outlets have clearly not heard of any veterinary control.
- Subcutaneous parasites (filamentous nematode, dirofilaria) live under the human skin. You can catch them in hot countries, for example, in Africa or India, from flies, mosquitoes or bedbugs. They are often visible: on the skin you will see a strange bulge, which, if pressed, will slip away from under the finger.
- Fluke worms: fascilopsis, hepatic fluke and others. Their habitat is intestines, liver, pancreas. The source is unboiled contaminated water, lightly salted, raw, poorly cooked fish.
- Tissue worms. They are located and parasitic in various tissues of our body, in muscles, brain, connective tissues. You can catch the infection from animals, both wild and domestic: pigs, cats, horses, ducks and chickens.
Parasites in the human body: symptoms
Theoretically, each of the above types can make their invisible attacks from the inside at this moment, and you don't even know. Many live with worms inside and literally allow them to devour themselves for several years, until an accidental analysis or physical examination of the doctor discovers their eggs in your analyzes. These are quiet pests that not only feed on you, but also have time to multiply and release toxins.
I immediately wanted to take a test coupon, right? But first, check out the indirect signs of their presence. Just don't panic right away and don't diagnose yourself. Many of these symptoms overlap with other medical conditions.
So, you probably have worms if:
- You are suddenly anemic. Previously normal hemoglobin counts have dropped significantly? This may indicate that it is the helminths that steal the iron from you.
- You often feel sick for no reason and have strange abdominal pains. A detailed ultrasound examination in infected patients reveals many microcracks, ulcers, wounds on the intestinal mucosa and other organs. This can cause inflammation and pain.
- Now diarrhea, now constipation. Do you eat as usual, and the nature of bowel movements has changed noticeably? Constipation can be caused by giant worms or small worms weaving into a ball. They, like a cork, close the outlet for feces. Well, diarrhea is provoked by microhelminths, which destroy sodium and chlorides, which are responsible for the normal consistency of feces, diluting it.
- Breaks the body, bones and joints. Worms can cause inflammation in the periarticular muscles and, as a result, discomfort.
- Acne, eczema, warts and other skin problems, as well as deterioration of nails and hair, are caused by toxins released by parasites. Your liver cannot process so many harmful substances that it affects your skin and hair.
- Excessive thinness or rapid weight gain. Worms take a lot of useful substances from us, losing them - we are significantly losing weight, but they eat sugar too - and because of its lack, we now and then have a snack and get fat.
- Gas release and bloated stomach.
- Teeth grinding. They say that this is one of the most obvious signs, because in a dream, our body is relaxed and asleep, and the worms do not sleep, so an unconscious reaction arises - to grit your teeth and creak them.
- Poor immunity. Its decrease is due to the fact that the body has now thrown all its defenses against parasites, and it simply has no strength left for other viruses coming from outside.
- Drowsiness, lethargy, apathy and irritability with a normal diet and rest. Worms brazenly steal from us almost all the minerals and nutrients we need: potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium. Lack of them affects the nervous system and well-being.
- Itching. It usually intensifies at night, when the worms accumulate at the anus to lay eggs. Doctors say that it is at night that we can meet the worm "face to face", catching them at their dirty business.
- Incomprehensible cough without a cold.
Well, have you found 4-5 symptoms? To be honest, neither do I. And this means only one thing - it's time to go to the hospital to see a therapist, infectious disease specialist, immunologist or parasitologist. After a detailed examination, you will be prescribed the necessary medications.
Parasites in the human body: expulsion
Be prepared for your entire family to be treated. The rest of your household is also likely to be infected, since parasites are very quickly transmitted through personal hygiene items, household items, dishes.
Despite the fact that all medicines for worms are sold in pharmacies freely and without a prescription, you do not need to choose them yourself. Some of them only work on a certain type of worm and are completely useless against the rest. In addition, these drugs have many contraindications.
Garlic parasite prophylaxis
Treatment with folk remedies, which were used by our grandmothers, when there were no pills and pharmacies, is also widespread.
Now doctors recommend combining such home treatment with medical prescriptions, so we use all the herbs described below only for prevention.
- Anise infusion is good for adding to a hot bath. After sitting in it for about half an hour, you will get rid of a small handful of worms. They simply cannot bear the pungent smell of this herb penetrating through your skin, but you will have to endure a little.
- Common sorrel kills parasites with its acid. Therefore, feel free to chew the washed leaves in spring and summer.
- Ordinary raw pumpkin seeds are excellent helminths.
- Drink infused oak bark (200 ml - 2 tablespoons).
- Tansy also has a good antiparasitic effect. To prepare the broth, pour a tablespoon of its flowers with a glass of boiling water and insist in a closed thermos for 4 hours. Take a healing mixture, having previously filtered, 1 tbsp. spoon 4 times a day before meals.
- Eat more garlic, onions and horseradish. For worms, their pungent smells of death are similar, and at the same time you will correct your shattered immunity.
Do not think that one fine day all parasites will leave your body in a friendly formation of their own free will. They will live inside and feed on you for a very long time, so it is better to start driving them out right now, otherwise in a couple of years you will get gray, earthy skin, brittle hair, digestive problems and a deficiency of all useful minerals. They will eat you alive, so don't let them do it!
